At mmniceshop.com, we have a 7-day Return Policy which gives you the option to return purchased items, 7 days from the date of delivery.
Note:
Returns, Refunds or Exchanges are not applicable on Innerwear, Thermal wear, Gaiters, Masks and Hazmat Suits And order number.
For Other Categories:
· Typically, returns are not applicable on discounted products and similar Promotions
Terms & Conditions
1. All returned items are run past our quality checklist, and the refund/replacement is processed only once it passes this stage.
2. The returned items must be undamaged and handed over as delivered, with the tags intact.
3. Returned items with damages caused due to negligence, improper usage or application are not covered under this return policy.
4. A Return Form with a legible Return ID must accompany the returned item(s).
5. Special rules for promotional offers might override this Return Policy.
6. While we strive to serve as many customers as we can, the reverse pick-up as a facility for some of the remote locations is currently unavailable. But be rest assured that we are working towards it. In the interim, you can dispatch the product back to us (while you self-ship the product, please choose the surface mode) at the below address after having generated a Return ID, and we will initiate the refund once we have received the product and the quality check parameters are in place.

7. Convenience fees and shipping fees are non refundable. In order to seamlessly process your refund, we will refund your purchase amount to you through the original payment method. Refunds for items paid through prepaid channels will be credited to the original prepaid account within 5-7 working days after quality inspection.

1. Can I return part of my order?
Yes, you can. Each item you return will have a unique ID and an email. While you can ship all the returned items in a shipment, the returns receipt form for each item must be included in it along with the return ID for each product.
2. Why was my return request declined?
If a returned product does not meet the criteria mentioned in our Returns Policy, then we're forced to decline the request to return the product.
3. Can I exchange my order for a different size?
All of our shirts come with a size chart. Please carefully check the size or contact us before purchasing. Due to the distance issue between China and overseas regions, if there is a size deviation problem, you can contact us to return and replace the size(If our shirt size is correct, due to your personal purchase of the wrong size, if you need to replace it, you will need to bear the shipping cost yourself)
4. How do I return multiple products from a single order?
Our simple 5-step process is designed to help you:
a. Log onto mmniceshop.com and click on “My Account”.
b. Initiate a return request for each product that you want to send back.(One return order ID is equal to one quantity)
c. Pack the items.,
d. Attach the return declaration document with the return ID(s) for each product, onto the package.
e. You’re all set !.
5. Can I return my order through Self-shipment?
Yes, you can. If your return mode is "self shipping", please ensure that the product is shipped and delivered within 15 days from the date of return (selected stores only), after which the return will be cancelled. Please ensure that the return receipt form for the item must indicate your order number written on paper and placed in the package for us to check and contact you after receiving the package. In addition, we request that you send a clear photo of the shipping label to my WhatsApp
